★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco vacio. Literal habia 2 personas en cajas y 3 en espera de atención por parte del único ejecutivo. ¡Realmente entiendo si el banco estuviera lleno, pero 20 min de espera para que me sigan que me van a atender en a los tiempos del banco! Que tiene gente en capacitación.
Estoy cansado de otorgar permisos de disponer de mi tiempo por procesos ineficientes o pésimas prácticas de servicio. Lo unico que vende un banco es servicio. Hay que cuidar a los cliente y es claro que a la ejecutiva que dio la cara no le interesa si cuenta. Por cierto me tomo 20 min abrir una nueva cuenta en BBVA que esta a 150 mts. Oj
The bank is empty. Literally, there were 2 people in boxes and 3 waiting for attention from the sole executive. I really understand if the bank was full, but a 20 min wait for them to follow me that they will attend to me at the times of the bank! That it has people in training.
I'm tired of granting permission to dispose of my time for inefficient processes or lousy service practices. The only thing that a bank sells is service. You have to take care of the clients and it is clear that the executive who gave the face does not care if it counts. El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento por lo cual tampoco es problema.
El personal está dispuesto a resolver todas tus dudas.
Aunque faltan cajeros en la ciudad.
