★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡¡Para que tienen asistencia telefónica si nunca resuelvan ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA!! parace que la capacitación que les dan es únicamente para pedirle al cliente la actualización de sus datos y posteriormente decir: Para resolver su situación tiene que pasar a sucursal. De verdad siempre, hasta una simple pregunta nunca pueden responder y simplemente mandan para sucursal. ¿entonces para que diablos tienen atención telefónica?
So that they have telephone assistance if they never solve ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING !! It seems that the training they give them is only to ask the client to update their data and later say: To resolve your situation you have to go to the branch. Really always, even a simple question can never be answered and simply send to a branch. So what the hell do they have phone support for?
