★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. De por sí es pequeño el banco y únicamente hay 4 cajas. El lugar se encuentra lleno y para variar sólo hay una caja funcionando. Si pueden evitar esta sucursal ¡háganlo!
Terrible service. The bank itself is small and there are only 4 boxes. The place is full and for a change there is only one box working. If you can avoid this branch, do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperture una cuenta en este banco y el proceso fue muy claro, recibí muy buena atención de todo el equipo, la ejecutiva Andrea muy bien en sus procesos y quede muy conforme con el trato recibido. Un banco que me agrada por sus bajas (o nulas) comisiones y porque a la hora que vaya nunca tengo que esperar por mucho tiempo. Oficinas limpias y ordenadas lo cual se agradece.
I opened an account in this bank and the process was very clear, I received very good attention from the entire team, the executive Andrea very well in her processes and was very satisfied with the treatment received. A bank that I like for its low (or no) commissions and because when I go I never have to wait long. Clean and tidy offices which is appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esa sucursal me discrimino la gerente y la cajera por que uso lentes y me pedían que. Me los quitara o que buscará ayuda para que otra persona hiciera un depósito, deberían de educarlos, para que no discriminen a la gente!
In that branch I was discriminated against by the manager and the cashier because I wear glasses and they asked me to. I will take them off or they will seek help for someone else to make a deposit, they should educate them, so that they do not discriminate against people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal puedes hacer todos los movimientos de rutina: depósitos, retiros, transferencias, pagos de tarjetas, etc. También cuentan con ejecutivos para apertura y manejo de cuentas, aclaraciones e informes.
El tiempo de atención es muy razonable.
El estacionamiento si puede ser un problema y la zona, en horas pico es caótico.
In this branch you can do all the routine movements: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, card payments, etc. They also have executives to open and manage accounts, clarifications and reports.
