El cajero automático es pésimo, se quedó con mi tarjeta 15 minutos y no me la regresaba. Pasé de prisa a hacer un retiro y me hizo perder más tiempo.

Nefasto servicio, acudí para la activación de la App, hace 2 semanas ne dijo ka Gerente de sucursal Karen, que se deben actualizar los datos y que después del 5nov regresara, me presento el día de hoy me atiende Karen, después de 1hr me pasa con otra ejecutiva quien me dice que tiene que actualizar mis datos, le manifiesto que si no queda hoy que vengo otro día pero que me confirme que considere respetar mi tiempo que yo entiendo los procesos, pero me interrumpe ni me dejó terminar de hablar diciendome que la disculpe y trato de concluir el mensaje, interviene Karen y me dice que si yo quieto así de rápido al tiempo de que truena los dedos entonces debo acudir a mi sucursal, que ellos están tratando de darme el servicio, trato de explicarle que mi postura no es esa y se retira dejándome hablando, obviamente no me iba a rebajar a su nivel, pues su comportamiento no es correcto, yo nunca exigí y vaya, te deja muy mala impresión este banco. Capaciten a su personal, yo como cliente entiendo que hay procesos que no están al 100% bajo su control, yo sólo solicité que sino quedaba mi trámite hoy regresaba otro día y que se respetara mi tiempo, pero la ejecutiva ni escuchó, se dió por aludida en no se qué y la gerente Karen me trató como si me estuviera haciendo el favor, muy antiprofesional. Ojalá mejoren
