k	karina jimenez acevedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a la sucursal costera para activar mi app de banca móvil y el ejecutivo que "me atendió" lo hizo de una manera grosera e intolerante, al yo tener una duda le pregunté y ni siquiera me dejó terminar de hablar diciéndome que lo estaba haciendo mal con un tono de regaño, la ejecutiva que estaba a un lado se dió cuenta del mal trato que me estaban dando y trató amablemente de ayudarme, al terminar, me acerqué al ejecutivo, le pregunté su nombre que por el coraje ya no recuerdo, pero como señas es bajito y casi calvo, le dije que mejorará su servicio o que se dedicará a otra cosa pero que no debe tratar a la gente así, él muy irónico me dio las gracias y me dijo: ándele pues, como callando o corriéndome!! Gente como esa desprestigia el lugar. Ojo!!!
