Tienen prácticas comunes de acoso.
cuando estas tratando de hacer algo (pagar una anualidad que no deberías porque ya habías cancelado la tarjeta ) para que te dejen de hostigar... solo te canalizan a diferentes medios para que sigas llamando... se ríen en la llamada, y nadie te puede resolver llama en 72 horas... y se vuelve a vencer el saldo....
At the branch they are friendly but of little use if they send you to the phone and they are rude and nobody can fix or answer anything
They have common harassment practices.
when you are trying to do something (pay an annuity that you should not because you had already canceled the card) so that they stop harassing you ... they only channel you to different means to keep calling ... they laugh on the call, and nobody can resolve you call in 72 hours ... and the balance will expire again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no hay nadie en escritorios, solo te hacen sentarte y no te solucionan ni te comunican nada, no tiene empatía y son groseros, cómo si te hicieran un favor y no su trabajo. La cajera estaba barriendo y en escritorio ni había nadie, se supone que es horario corrido y no hay quien te atienda.
Bad service, there is no one at desks, they just make you sit down and they do not solve or communicate anything to you, they have no empathy and they are rude, as if they were doing you a favor and not their job. The cashier was sweeping and there was no one at the desk, it is supposed to be a regular schedule and there is no one to attend to you.
