Sin indagar, solo pidieron mi número de póliza y en 5 seguros me entregaron una hoja de anulación, diciendo que no debía nada. Después nos quisieron convencer de quedarnos con Afirme, aunque no tuvieran el servicio para plataformas digitales. Cuando pregunté por qué primero cancelaron sin preguntar, Jaime se justificó diciendo que yo así lo pedí. Y que sólo canceló la renovación. Me quedé con la duda y regresé a preguntarle a la que se sienta a un lado y me dijo que se canceló el seguro que tenía vigente, argumentó que yo no especifiqué cuál (que aunque sí lo hice, ellos ni siquiera confirmaron datos) y resulta que tenía saldo a favor (el cual primero dijeron que no) pero que necesitaba iniciar un trámite para poder recuperarlo. En resumen, un mal servicio. No confirman información, no tratan de mantener al cliente, parece que les interesaba más quedarse con el sobrante por primas no devengadas y todavía se hacen los ofendidos. Qué bueno que no tuve ningún percance porque tal vez la respuesta hubiera sido igual de mala. Y fue la oportunidad de cambiar de compañía.
