★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite el día de hoy su sucursal con la intención de abrir una cuenta ,y le pregunte ala señorita que está entrando a la izquierda y lo primero que me dijo cuanto me costaba la banca electronica y el monto para abrirla y los documentos en una actitud muy pobre y despectivamente ni siquiera me invito a tomar asiento nunca me habló de beneficios o tipos de cuenta yo tuve que investigar en su pagina le comenté que sabía de algunas cuentas básicas algo cual me dijo que no sabia, al decirle que estaba viendo en la pagina una cuenta básica en la página,me dijo a si pero aqui no se abre tiene que dejar su documentación y la abren centralmente a lo cual se me hizo muy Arcaico, al no darme más opciones le dije que lo checaba enl a pagina y solo dijo ok y se volteó a ver su pantalla,la verdad pesima impresión yo le quería dar opción a este Banco por lo que representa pero todo lo que empieza mal termina
I visited your branch today with the intention of opening an account, and I asked the lady who is entering to the left and the first thing she told me how much electronic banking cost me and the amount to open it and the documents in a very attitude Poor and contemptuously he did not even invite me to take a seat he never told me about benefits or types of account I had to investigate on his page I told him that he knew about some basic accounts something which he told me he did not know, when I told him what he was seeing on the page A basic account on the page, he told me yes but here it does not open, he has to leave his documentation and they open it centrally, which made me very archaic, as he did not give me more options I told him to check it on the page and he only said ok and he turned to see his screen, the really bad impression I wanted to give this Bank an option for what it represents but everything that starts badly ends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teller on the money exchange window was beyond rude. If I hadn’t been in a rush I would have surely retrieved my money back and go somewhere else. Save yourself from a very unpleasant experience and find any other place to do business with. What’s the point of having a person instead of a machine if they are not capable of offering a decent costumer service?
