No pueden resolver nada, uno atiende con la intención de realiza un pago pero no les interesa en lo absoluto hacer un poco más por el cliente y sólo te dejan parado sin más que decir. Me tuve que ir sin solucionar mi asunto y realmente no les interesó dar atención de calidad al cliente.
They can not solve anything, one attends with the intention of making a payment but they are not at all interested in doing a little more for the client and they only leave you standing without more to say. I had to go without solving my matter and they really were not interested in giving quality customer service.

Pésimo servicio. Horario de trabajo muy reducido en sucursales. Cometen errores constantemente y tienen políticas sumamente absurdas. Cualquier trámite toma una cantidad enorme de tiempo. Su eslogan debería ser "Servicios Financieros para gente que no tiene nada que hacer con su tiempo".

El cajero automático de Banco Mifel en Coyoacán, cerca de Museo Frida Kahlo, me dio falso dinero. No puedo usarlo. Cuando regresé, para preguntar para ayuda, la mujer en el banco dijo inmediamente, “Es imposible. Pésimo servicio y personal mal capacitado. Me rechazaron un cheque sin fundamento. Se escudan en la LGTOC, cuando ni siquiera saben de qué hablan y no conocen su contenido. Al refutarlos, dado mi conocimiento de dicha ley, se escudan en las disposiciones de Banxico. Al refutarlos nuevamente, señalando los supuestos de rechazo previstos en el Anexo 16 de la Circular 3/2012, señalan que son las políticas del Banco. Solicité el fundamento en sus políticas, pero no fueron capaces de mostrarlas. Parecía más bien que trataban de excusarse con base en su mala capacitación y mal juicio. Cabe señalar que llamé a la CONDUSEF, quienes me confirmaron que efectivamente no tienen argumentos para rechazar el cheque. El gerente (o quien se identificó como tal), no tiene los conocimientos y criterio necesarios para ocupar tal posición. Como actualización, fui una hora más tarde a la sucursal que hay en Av. Universidad (enfrente del Chedrahui) y no tuve ningún problema para cobrar el cheque.
Terrible service and poorly trained staff. I had an unsubstantiated check bounced. They hide behind the LGTOC, when they don't even know what they're talking about and they don't know its content. In refuting them, given my knowledge of said law, they hide behind Banxico's provisions. By refuting them again, pointing out the assumptions of rejection provided for in Annex 16 of Circular 3/2012, they indicate that they are the Bank's policies. I requested the basis on their policies but they were not able to show them. It seemed more like they were trying to excuse themselves based on poor training and poor judgment. It should be noted that I called the CONDUSEF, who confirmed that they do not have any arguments to reject the check. The manager (or who identified himself as such), does not have the necessary knowledge and criteria to occupy such a position. As an update, I went an hour later to the branch on Av. Universidad (in front of Chedrahui) and I had no problem cashing the check.

This bank advertisement says they offer money exchange, however when I presented my passport and U.S. dollars I was denied service.
