★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por el cajero Humberto aún no termino de realizar todos mis depósitos y se para de su silla, le pido cambio y me manda a otra ventanilla porque al parecer ya tenía prisa uno entiende sus necesidades pero se termina de atender a un cliente, es una persona empatica nada amable desd que te acercas a ventanilla con el su forma de tratar a los clientes muy pésimo es la segunda ves que paso con el y muy mal la primera ves me dió cambio como quiso que porque no tenía el, y le pedí de favor que checará con sus compañeros y lo hizo de mala forma hoy hice 4 depósitos queríendole dar el total y solo dictandole los montos para que no me diera cambio de cada depósito y muy groseramente me dijo que si era un depósito le dije que no que 4 y me dice cuál es el monto del primero valiendole y sin decir bien las cosas ya tengo rato yendo y es el primer cajero que me toca con esa actitud todos los demás súper bien sino tienen la actitud de ir a trabajar no lo hagan y no porque estén atrás de un cristal van hacer así con el cliente el banco no es de ustedes al final
