Banco de rápida atención, ni está saturado, pero son muy inflexibles en sus procedimientos, les falta criterio, desgraciadamente es común está situacion en otros bancos, estamos a merced de sus ánimos o caracteres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De la sucursal ninguna queja; la inconformidad es con Google maps, que marca la sucursal dentro de parque tezontle y la sucursal está dentro de plaza oriente; a unos 3 locales de la entrada principal de Walmart. Si quieren llegar a la sucursal, no le han caso a la ruta estúpida que les da Google maps.
No complaints from the branch; the disagreement is with Google maps, which marks the branch within tezontle park and the branch is within plaza Oriente; about 3 locations from Walmart's main entrance. If they want to get to the branch, they haven't listened to the stupid route that Google maps gives them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen banco, los speis son rapidos, a diferencia de bancomer/citibamamex/banorte/hsbc, que su atencion es mala, deberian tener estos de mifel mas sucursales en todo el pais, tienen una cuenta digital bastante full, aunque tiene sus limitantes, no esta de mas probarla.
It is a good bank, the speis are fast, unlike bancomer / citibamamex / banorte / hsbc, that their attention is bad, they should have these of mifel more branches throughout the country, they have a fairly full digital account, although it has its limitations , it does not hurt to try it.
