Quién tiene tres semanas para abrir una cuenta? Una desgracia que sean tan amigables pero tan ineptos en sus actividades más esenciales.
The service is better than in other banks but after three weeks trying to open an account I have realized that they have no idea what they do as a bank. Who has three weeks to open an account? A disgrace that they are so friendly but so inept in their most essential activities.
