★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, el personal está dispuesto a ayudarte a encontrar una solución aunque sus procesos son bastante lentos. 3 horas invertidas para hacer un cambio de cuenta y al final la activación de la tarjeta de débito no se pudo hacer por error en su sistema. No hay protocolos de seguridad al entrar. El personal atiende llamadas personales mientras te están dando atención.
 The service is good, the staff is willing to help you find a solution, although their processes are quite slow. 3 hours invested to make an account change and in the end the activation of the debit card could not be done by mistake in your system. There are no security protocols when entering. Staff take personal calls while they are giving you attention.
