★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya levante mi aclaración de dicho cajero, el cual no me dio dinero y me lo descontó de mi cuenta, espero se resuelva pronto, soy el titular de la cuenta, encima de que no tienen cajeros y los que hay no están disponibles o no sirven como es el caso. No recomiendo para nada banco azteca, da muchos problemas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es una completa basura de sucursal en cuanto a los cajeros y vervicios de Banco azteca se refiere, si tienes la manera de asistir a otra sucursal, aprovéchala por qué en este lugar en cajero jamás funciona y las filas para atención a clientes van tan lentas que te mueres antes de pasar, al parecer al dueño y o accionistas de dicha entidad no les interesa para nada el cliente.
Dicho esto, mi principal recomendación es: evítate la desesperacion y coraje de asistir a esta basura de sucursal y encaminate a otra en donde el cliente realmente importe.

1. Venden onzas de plata que según "nunca pierden su valor" pero no saben cómo manejarlas, por lo que las ensucian y maltratan y después ya no te las quieren comprar.
2. Los "asesores" no tienen ni idea de cómo levantar una reclamación, por lo que si vas a arreglar alguna anomalía, olvídate, tendrás que recurrir a los servicios en línea.
3. El hecho de que se utilicen las ventanillas del banco para los pagos de Elektra, hacen que estas se sobresaturen y tengas que esperar mucho para ser atendido.
RECOMENDACION: Amplíen el horario de atención hasta las 10:00 p. m. y ganarán más estrellas.
