Un empleado ejecutivo de cuenta solo traía el cubrebocas de "arete" pendulante de la oreja, le pedí por favor que se lo colocara y el resultado fué que me desafió y contestó groseramente, al final NO hubo poder humano para obligarlo a usar el cubrebocas. El resto de los empleados bien, algunos hasta careta traían. En Valle de Chalco no tuve problemas para retirar en caja pero en esta sucursal de Ecatepec no me dejaron por sus calzones. De verdad que deplorable servicio, yo por lo mientras me cambio de banco porque también para encontrar cajeros está en chino. Banco azteca es solo publicidad, me quedé sin cobrar mi dinero y con la necesidad que tengo ahora como es posible que le hagan eso a la gente debería llamarse Banco Basura porquería de servicio nefasto. Anteriormente ya he sabido de muchos robos en este banco y según yo, tomé las precauciones necesarias, pero no contaba con que el cajero daría aviso de la cantidad que solicité para comunicarse con sus secuaces y asaltarme.
