★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay cajero pero rara vez funciona, la atención en caja deja mucho que desear (atienden de mala forma y son muy groseros en ocasiones), en escritorios es mejor, atienden de forma más amable y te dan solución al problema que tengas.
 There is an ATM but it rarely works, the attention at the till leaves much to be desired (they serve in a bad way and are very rude at times), at desks it is better, they serve in a more friendly way and they give you a solution to the problem you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con el Cajero y la Gerente que hoy laboraron por la mañana. Son unos ladrones. Literal RATERO Y RATERA. Timaron a una Señora señalándola de pagar con un billete falso cuando el Cajero recién se lo había entregado en su retiro. La Señora les pidió verificaran cámaras y la respuesta de la Gerente fue que "eso va a tardar". Banco Azteca debería revisar el tipo de "Ladrones" perdón de "Personal" que contrata. Ojala y la Señora levante alguna queja. Da miedo pensar de quien cuidarte, si los de fuera o los que están ahí dentro. Tuve que poner la estrella para que me dejara publicar. Pero Cero para ellos.
Beware of the Cashier and the Manager who worked in the morning today. They are thiefs. RATERO AND RATERA literal. They ripped off a Lady by signaling her to pay with a false bill when the Cashier had just given it to her at her retirement. The Lady asked them to verify cameras and the Manager's response was that "that will take time." Banco Azteca should review the type of "Thieves" sorry for "Personnel" it hires. Hopefully and the Lady raises a complaint. It's scary to think of who to take care of you, if the outsiders or those who are inside. I had to put the star to let me publish. But Zero for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, personal déspota, sucursal muy pequeña con una sola caja, se hace un relajo por que no hay donde estacionarse y la gente inconsciente estaciona en doble o triple fila, a eso sumale la cercanía con el mercado es un caos.
Slow service, despotic staff, a very small branch with only one box, it becomes a mess because there is nowhere to park and unconscious people park in double or triple rows, add to that the proximity to the market, it is chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tuviera calificación negativa le pondría -5 estrellas. Siempre son lentos y en atención a clientes jamás saben resolver. 4 personas para un mismo problema y ninguna da una. Capaciten a su personal o mejoren su conexión a internet o algo!!
If it had a negative rating I would give it -5 stars. They are always slow and in customer service they never know how to resolve. 4 people for the same problem and none gives one. Train your staff or improve your internet connection or something!!
