★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo o nulo entrenamiento a sus cajeras en servicio al cliente... Más de 15 años usando diferentes bancos y es el único banco que he visto que chavitas le contestan mal al cliente, le hacen caras o se forman prepotentes... eso jamás pasa o pasara en Santander, BBVA o banamex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la fila y tres personas en la caja, una sentada y dos de pie platicando mientras la gente espera, cuando por fin atienden al decirle a la cajera que es para un giro, arruga la cara y me pone a esperar más. De donde los sacan?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En vez de mejorar el servicio y así mejorar sus calificaciones ponen a empleados a escribir reseñas falsas, si ven los perfiles de las reseñas de 5 estrellas es obvio que son empleados. y las reseñas reales de clientes son negativas
el personal se la pasa platicando entre ellos como si fuera mercado (poco profesionalismo), no tienen capacitación y mal trato al cliente.
Instead of improving the service and thus improving their ratings they put employees to write fake reviews, if they see the profiles of the 5-star reviews it is obvious that they are employees. and real customer reviews are negative
the staff is all the time talking to each other as if it were a market (unprofessionalism), they have no training and poor customer treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acydi a esta sucursal por ser la menos concurrida, llego y dicen que no ate serán sino hasta media hora después porque iban a abrir bodega.... lo bueno que un contaba con efectivo para el transporte.... Anteriormente había venido y tardaron muchísimo en atenderme... los cajeros platicando.... y uno esperando en la fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario dice que abre a las 9:00am y a las 9:10 apenas vienen llegando los empleados, quieres hacer un depósito y tenía que esperar "15minutos" si tienes prisa por esa hora es mejor no ir, no te avisan nada y te tienen esperando, es mejor ir después de las 9:30am
