Esto fue el lunes 8 de marzo 2021 a las 11 am
The most incompetent, arrogant, and inept employees that I have encountered in my life, for an authorization it took 2 hours, and like 30 customers waiting for cash and a single cashier with no one to guide the customer, truly incredible, in my life I will set foot in that bank. This was on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 11 am

Compras una cosa y los vendedores te dan lo que quieren, pedí unas sábanas king size y me dieron unas tamaño matrimonial, muy confiada las pagué y cuando llegué a mi casa me fijé que eran del tamaño incorrecto, al día siguiente fui a la sucursal a cambiarlas y me comentan que no se pueden cambiar, a pesar de que las sábanas estaban en su empaque, selladas... Ahí se encontraba el mismo vendedor que me atendió y la única solución que me dieron es que iban a hablar con el vendedor para que se fijará, osea, no me resolvieron nada... Malísima experiencia...
Bad service. You buy one thing and the vendors give you what they want, I asked for some king size sheets and they gave me a double size, very confident I paid for them and when I got home I noticed that they were the wrong size, the next day I went to the branch to change them and they tell me that they cannot be changed, despite the fact that the sheets were in their packaging, sealed ... There was the same seller who attended me and the only solution they gave me is that they were going to talk to the seller to That will be fixed, I mean, they did not solve anything for me ... Very bad experience ...
