★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte de las ejecutivas del tuno matutino en esta sucursal. Mi esposa fue para actualizar expediente biométrico para afore desde diciembre del año pasado (2021) y no le habian resuelto nada, muchos peros para actualizar y hacer bien su trabajo; una actitud muy prepotente, muy burlona ante cualquier tema a resolver con el cliente (mi esposa). Tuvimos que ir a otra sucursal cercana en la ciudad y nos dieron respuesta de manera certera, con conocimiento a lo que se dedican; estas ejecutivas nos comentaron que en la sucursal donde se inicio el tramite, no realizaron bien, preferimos acudir a otra sucursal, no la recomiendo para alguna tramite por la mañana
Terrible service by the executives of the morning shift in this branch. My wife went to update biometric file for Afore since December of last year (2021) and nothing had been resolved, many buts to update and do her job well; a very arrogant attitude, very mocking before any issue to be resolved with the client (my wife). We had to go to another nearby branch in the city and they gave us an accurate response, with knowledge of what they do; These executives told us that in the branch where the process began, they did not perform well, we prefer to go to another branch, I do not recommend it for any process in the morning
