★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, el día de hoy acudí a depositar en una cuenta de débito, solo estaba una persona adelante de mi, pero las cajeras del cubículo se negaron a atenderme, llevaba a mi hermano ya que no tenía dónde dejarlo, el niño tiene 6 años y las cajeras forzosamente querían sacarlo, alegando que por su reglamento del banco no podía estar adentro y me decían que para atenderme tenía que dejar el niño afuera encargado con alguien, sin importarles la integridad del menor; tanto el niño como yo portabamos nuestro cobre bocas. Sinceramente que poca humanidad y falta de profesionalismo por parte de ésta sucursal. Solo quería desahogarme de alguna manera, ya que se de antemano no se hará nada al respecto. Gracias.
Horrible, today I went to deposit in a debit account, there was only one person in front of me, but the cashiers of the cubicle refused to assist me, I was taking my brother since I had nowhere to leave him, the child is 6 years old and the cashiers forcibly wanted to take him out, claiming that due to their bank regulations he could not be inside and they told me that to attend to me I had to leave the child outside in charge of someone, without caring about the integrity of the minor; both the boy and I carried our copper mouths. Honestly, little humanity and lack of professionalism on the part of this branch. I just wanted to vent somehow, as I know nothing will be done about it beforehand. Thank you.

El servicio es malo, la atención al cliente es pésima.
Tarde casi dos horas para que me atendieran y cuando fue mi turno la persona me trató muy déspota.
Deberían tener personal más competente como en otras sucursales.
Los cajeros mis respetos, muy amables y eficientes
I think they have a long way to go to be a good branch of Banco Azteca
The service is bad, the customer service is lousy.
It took almost two hours for them to attend to me and when it was my turn the person treated me very despot.
They should have more competent staff as in other branches.
The cashiers my respects, very friendly and efficient
