★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cajero nunca sirve, solo atiende una Srta, el gerente es un inepto que solo se la pasa hablando por teléfono y cuando atiende da un pésimo servicio, la rampa para discapacitados es un peligro.
The cashier never works, only one Miss attends, the manager is an inept who only spends his time talking on the phone and when he answers he gives a terrible service, the disabled ramp is a danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia con este Banco. Hace meses no recibo reembolsos de cosas compradas por internet que no me llegaron y no hay manera de hacer reclamo. siempre se les ocurren requisitos diferentes.
Y me dicen que tienen que bloquear mi cuenta 45 dias y tal vez cobrarme investigación etc. En otros bancos no hacen esto, investigan y solucionan.
Totalmente descepcionada.
Pessimistic experience with this Bank. Months ago I do not receive refunds of things purchased over the internet that did not reach me and there is no way to make a claim. they always come up with different requirements.
And they tell me they have to block my account for 45 days and maybe charge me for research etc. In other banks they do not do this, they investigate and they solve.
Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unas (.....) no hay autonomía sobre tu cuenta y tarjeta no puedes hacer tu mismo algunas cosas por ejemplo en el cajero y driscretamente y muy propio no te permiten cambiar de nip ala tarjeta que tienes que pasar al escritorio que irrisorio es tu dinero ? mal muy mal boy a sacar de ahí todo lo que concierne
