★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay mucha fila, la fila avanza lento, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño para la gente que va al lugar, sumado a esto los puestos que están a fuera que también impiden el paso, la atención no fue agradable y los que atienden no te asesoran con los trámites que hacen, si es una urgencia sugiero ir ahí, pero si tienen otra opción es mejor no ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratan mal a sus clientes y todavía les echan a la policía para intimidar cuando un cliente hizo un comentario sobre una persona que no respeto que todas las personas estaban formadas , metiéndose hasta adelante y provocando que no se respetara ni la sana distancia que todos los que estaban en la fila mantenían. Porcierto de las 4 cajas solo 3 estaban abiertas mientras la fila afuera era más grande lo normal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siendo el único banco con cajero en la zona deja mucho que desear ya que siempre estan descompuesto o sin dinero los cajeros, el personal muy antipáticos hay un chavo en especial que siempre esta al celular, le preguntas algo amablemente y no tiene la amabilidad de responder solo asienta con la cabeza van varias ocasiones que este mismo muchacho me hace lo mismo y casualmente hoy recibí un spei y me comento la cajera q no podía retirar en ventanilla ya que tenia poco que me acababa de caer y q fuera al cajero se me hizo absurdo estuve mas de 10 min formada para sacar en ventanilla y que me mande al cajero, siempre me hacen spei y sin problemas EH retirado, deberían capacitar e invertirle mas a su sucursal....
