★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi visita al banco para realizar un trámite con una tarjeta mi experiencia que tuve en ese lugar fue muy malisima ya que me avente 1 hora y 16 minutos con uno de los asesores para dar de alta una tarjeta el asesor no supo hacer su trabajo asta que fue con el gerente o con alguno de sus compañeros y muy prepotente criticando la firma y la vez pasada fui por un simple cambio de número de teléfono y no me lo pudieron cambiar que porque no sabían cómo hacerlo que así lo dejara y me querían hacer cambiar el nip de mis tarjetas nada que ver con un simple cambio de número de teléfono deberían de capacitarlos mejor a sus asesores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy lenta y terrible, los cajeros siempre con su mala actitud y atendiendo lo más lento posible, existen dos cajas pero siempre atienden en solo 1 aunque exista personal disponible. Prefiero siempre el cajero pero lamentablemente a menudo sufre un siniestro, y su reparación tarda bastante. Dentro del banco existe un prestaprenda y celulares ofrecidos por Elektra.
