★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tal vez el servicio que prestan mas en esa sucursal lo deberian de mover a la ELEKTRA "grande" de la avenida AQUILES SERDAN, siempre hay fila y con esta contingencia esta peligroso ya que nadie respeta su SANA DISTANCIA!
Perhaps the service that they provide more in that branch should be moved to the "big" ELEKTRA on AQUILES SERDAN avenue, there is always a line and with this contingency it is dangerous since nobody respects its HEALTHY DISTANCE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo les daría cero estrellas no seme hace justo cuando uno va a cobrar un envío de usa ?? no te lo dan completo según quieren que se quede el 30% según es su política de ellos pero nunca la enseño la Sra Maria de Carmen Zamora y en el recibo del envío de usa ?? no dice nada ?????
I would give them zero stars, I do not see it just when one is going to charge a shipment of usa ?? they do not give it to you in full as they want 30% to stay according to their policy but it was never taught by Mrs. Maria de Carmen Zamora on the usa shipment receipt ?? it says nothing ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cajero casi nunca tiene dinero o esta descompuesto, las cajas tardan demasiado en atender y se hacen filas que llegan hasta la esquina de la cuadra, deberian contratar personal mas competente que para eso cobran, hasta un taquero despacha mas rapido que esos cajeros
The cashier almost never has money or is out of order, the boxes take too long to attend and there are lines that go to the corner of the block, they should hire more competent personnel who charge for that, even a taquero dispatches faster than those cashiers

I do not agree that when you go for a shipment from the USA they do not want to give you all your money xk that is their policy xk western union does not say anything their policy is very exhausting to be measuring forces xk they all want to know so I want it What am I going to do with the money, I would give them zero stars ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que atienden bien, y sinceramente tratan dede solucionar tu problema. Les he visto abrir una caja extra de transacciones bajas cuando está muy concurrido. Tratan de ofrecerte alternativas. De los bancos donde he pertenecido (Bancomer, HSBC y Banamex)
sinceramente puedo declarar prefiero este banco.
En fechas de quincena, está llenísimo, pero eso es en todos los bancos y a mi parecer, aquí espero menos tiempo.
Por lo que he visto, aquí cuando la gente que hace rabietas es porque sacan cosas a crédito y después les da coraje tener que pagar los intereses.
I think they attend well, and sincerely try to solve your problem. I have seen them open an extra box of low transactions when it is very busy. They try to offer you alternatives. Of the banks where I belonged (Bancomer, HSBC and Banamex)
I can honestly declare I prefer this bank.
