K	Kari Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, de una señora, de Pelo corto, me dijo se llamaba Sandra, muy grosera al contestar, me pidió un comprobante de domicilio para sacar una cuenta guardadito , se lo enseñé digital porque le comenté ya me llegan digitales, le ofrecí imprimirlo y me dijo que no que tenía que ser original, no impreso, total ,hasta mi pasaporte me pidió, y por comentarios de varios compañeros en mi trabajo, dicen que esa señora siempre ha sido muy grocera, si es atención al público deben de tener más cuidado al contratar a a su personal Very bad attention, from a woman, with short hair, she told me her name was Sandra, very rude when answering, she asked me for a proof of address to get a saved account, I showed it to her digitally because I commented to her, I already received digital ones, I offered to print it and he said no that it had to be original, not printed, totally, he even asked for my passport, and due to comments from several colleagues in my work, they say that this lady has always been very rude, if it is customer service they must have more care when hiring your staff

Fui a pedir información de la aplicación ya que no podía bajarla en otro dispositivo y me mando a preguntar a los conocidos como le habían hecho porque NUNCA iba a poder hacerlo. Tuve que ir a otra sucursal donde si me ayudaron. The worst branch. They treat you like you are poor and are doing you a favor. "Miss" Sandra treats customers very badly.
