★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Google dice que se cierra a las 9 y apenas fui ayer sábado a las 7 y ya estaba cerrado, le pregunté a un empleado en la puerta y me dijo que siempre se cierra a las 7 (19h) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo, la mayor parte del tiempo solo hay 1 caja abierta, en diversas ocasiones hay cajeras adentro de ventanilla solo platicando o comiendo, es muy molesto porque las cajeras que están cobrando son lentas y cuando platican se confunden y vuelven a contar, eso hace que se tarden aún más, no dan buen servicio al cliente. En todo el horario siempre están haciendo algo más y la fila es muy larga. No hay agilidad.
En los escritorios la atención es básica.
No cuentan con Gel antibacterial ni medición de temperatura en la entrada.
The service is very bad, most of the time there is only 1 open box, on several occasions there are cashiers inside the window just talking or eating, it is very annoying because the cashiers who are charging are slow and when they talk they get confused and count again , that makes them take even longer, they do not give good customer service. Throughout the schedule they are always doing something else and the line is very long. There is no agility.
At desks attention is basic.
They do not have antibacterial gel or temperature measurement at the entrance.
