★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudi a esa sucursal para pagar el imss y el chico que dirije a los cajeros de una forma grosera me dijo que hay no se pagaba el imss y le insisti que yo lo habia pagado en ese banco y me contesto de forma altanera que el tenia 1año 3 meses trabajando hay y que el no sabia que se pagaba hay que por me fuera ademas ya les habia dicho lo mismo a otros clientes como es pisible que tengan a gente tan inepta en esos puestos corriendo a la gente por no saber quenhay se puede pagar el imss. Despues fui a la sucursal que esta en sta cruz en tinacos y les comente lo que me habian ducho en la sucursal uam y solo movieron la cabeza y con toda atencion me cobraron . Espero que les enseñen en la suc aum a cobrar un recibo de imss
Today I went to that branch to pay the imss and the guy who addressed the cashiers in a rude way told me that there is no paying the imss and insisted that I had paid it in that bank and I answered in an arrogant way that he had 1 year 3 months there is work and that he did not know that he was paid for it was that I was also already told the same thing to other clients as it is probable that they have such inept people in those positions running to people for not knowing that there can be pay the imss. Then I went to the branch that is in this cross in tinacos and I told them what I had been showered at the uam branch and they just shook my head and charged me carefully. I hope you show them in the suc aum to collect an imss receipt

Es tan deplorable que no puedan capacitar a su personal para dar un buen servicio.
