No atienden las oficinas de Banco Azteca tuve que ir a las que se ubican en el centro de la ciudad, ahi si me atendieron muy, pero ustedes una de respeto el ver al cliente esperando su turno y no hacen caso. Pesimo!!!!!

No cuentan con suficiente personal, la cajera usa tiempo de trabajo en socializar con sus conocidos. No tienen un administrador que resuelva situaciones. Servicio deficiente.

Pues yo fui a banco azteca a solicitar un prestamo al afore y a mi si me atendieron muy bien las chicas q estan ahi son muy amables y serviciales en gomez palacio dgo

Hace como un mes fui a empeñar a Prestaprenda, me dieron un documento para pasar a caja a cobrar, solo estábamos en la fila otra persona y yo, La chica de Prestaprenda q dijo q me formara en la fila de atención rápida pues yo muy apenas puedo caminar, me tocó mi turno, y me dijo la cajera q esperara que ella me llamaba(no había más nadie). Eso con la cajera, pedí estado de cuenta de mi Afore, la persona q estaba en el escritorio, muy mala atención...no quería darmelo que por q ella no era de Afore, que no estaba la persona de Afore. De mala gana me lo dió. Hace 2 semanas fue mi hijo a cobrar su beca, pues había bastante gente, no quiso pasar el QR y le dijo la cajera a mi hijo que no le detuviera la fila. En lugar de asistirlo y decirle cómo. Pues mi hijo se salió de la fila todo avergonzado. Me enoje, por q fue la misma cajera q me atendió a mí semanas antes. Quise reportarla con el gerente, resulta ser una mujer también mal encarada, q no le pareció q nos mal atendieran. Una no tiene la culpa de sus problemas, de que el QR no funcione. Tienen trabajo y no lo cuidan. Que le dejen el trabajo a quien si quiera trabajar. Y que los capaciten!! Es una institución bancaria. Que les pasa!!???
