★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m Mexican American and today I went to exchange American money and I felt as though I was being racially profiled. My passport was being bent, and my money was being repeatedly checked as if it were fake. The attitude displayed towards me was rude and unneccessay. I would not return and would not recommend at all. Go somewhere else where they treat tourists with better respect

Me presenté para retirar efectivo de un transfer iniciado entre mis cuentas, al presentarme les mostré como identificación el pasaporte, la cajera muy pedante, no acepto mi pasaporte Americano y como tengo doble nacionalidad le presenté con mi pasaporte mexicano, y aun así lo rechazó. Al exigir hablar con una supervisora, me mando de muy mal gusto a la china. Finalmente encontré a la supervisora, y también no acepto mis documentos! Le termine mostrando mi identificación del estado y NADA! Estas personas mal educadas, sin el menor sentido del servicio al cliente trabajan en un banco!?
Me sentí discriminada al momento de mostrar mis dos pasaportes, y les valió pepita mis tres formas de identificación! Llame inmediatamente a mi banco a cancelar el transfer pues ya teniendo miedo a que estas tipas se robaran mi dinero! Para el colmo! Se rehusaron en darme su nombre. POR ESO ESTAMOS COMO ESTAMOS!!!!!!!

I showed up to pick up a transfer initiated by me - to me. Between accounts, should be a rather simple process - well it wasn’t!!!
I was asked to provide ID, so I gave them my US passport; well the unfriendly, rather rude teller did not accept my passport. I have dual citizenship, so I presented my Mexican passport (thinking that they would be nicer, as I was starting to feel racially profiled) well, she didn’t accept it either. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and she rudely pointed at the wall and said over there. I proceeded by asking everyone who was the supervisor, I spoke to a women who refused to give me her name, she refused to accept the two passports and my license.
At this point I felt something shady was going on, so I asked for a receipt of cancelling the transfer; they refused, so I felt these people were trying to stealing my money. I immediately called my bank (US) and explained the situation. They immediately put a stop payment and canceled the transfer.
Long story short, don’t come here! These women have something shady going on. I understand these are unprecedented times, but by refusing to give me the transfer I processed myself, and proving not one but 3 different forms of ID... well you come to think they are up to no good.
