★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraude el servicio al cliente aparte q auno lo engañan con pagos prestamos y ala hora de dar informacion al cambias la nomina ,mintieron q calificaba para prestamo por paparte de nomina y en 2 tiendas fue lo mismo aparte les mencione tengo un prestamo casi lo termino de pagar me dijeron ntp es muy aparte el prestamo de nomina alahora de la cita me dicen q suempre no pregunte razon motivo nomas me dijeron q no sabian,aparte he tratado de pagar el prestamo para ahora en pagar y cargos y no te dejan segun ellos tienes q cumplir la fecha q te Dan pues claro as y pagas mas y te Ronan esos interesa pinche experiencia q me hace no recomendar Electra o banco azteca a nadie no se dejen engañar se q algunos tienen necesidad pero piensan 2 veces antes de or a Electra o banco azteca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pueden unificar cuentas. Abrí dos cuentas a mi nombre y en vez de unificarlas hicieron usuarios diferente y tuve que dar de baja y abrir otra cuenta, afortunadamente no en esta sucursal! Tengo la tarjeta de débito azteca y no pasan a los de fila preferencial, tengo que esperar al menos tres turno!

Un día fuí a sacar dinero, el cajero no me lo dió y al querer meter mi denuncia, me quisieron hacer hacer muchos trámites, yo no me despegué para nada del cajero, así que se cansaron y me terminaron dando mi dinero, resulta que le habían puesto un pedazo de cartón a la puerta que da el dinero, para después quedarselo.
