Los empleados se la pasan platicando tonterías. Y la gerente igual.
Estuve esperando un par de horas y mejor decidí retirarme.
A la gerente y a los demás empleados parece que les importa más el chisme que la atención a cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia que tuve en este lugar y no solo es la primera ocasión. El personal de esta sucursal no tiene ningun interés por la atención y el trato con el cliente. No hay compromiso de formalidad con lo que dicen te dicen una cosa y luego otra y uno tiene adaptarse a lo que ellos digan no hay nada de formalidad ni de compromiso. Esta es la tercera ves que vengo para realizar un trámite y hasta ahorita es momento que por una razón o por otra no pueden llevar a cabo el proceso. Ahora yo tengo que adaptarme a los caprichos de los ejecutivos. De verdad nada recomendable venir a esta sucursal a realizar cualquier trámite, que mal la verdad que tengan tan poco compromiso con la atención al cliente tienen mucho que mejorar. Aparte de todo uno tiene que aguantar la pésima actitud y los malos tratos de los ejecutivos. Definitivamente no recomiendo esta sucursal.
