★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice que es servicio hasta las 21 y me cerraron la puerta en la cara argumentando que cierran 20 horas y eran 20:02 por qué anuncian un horario que no es el que la sucursal obedece!?
It says that it is service until 9:00 p.m. and they closed the door in my face arguing that they close 8:00 p.m. and it was 8:02 p.m., why do they announce a schedule that is not the one that the branch obeys !?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me dejó retirar efectivo. No entiendo cómo en una zona comercial tan concurrida y en época vacacional tengan estos fallos. Tuvimos que caminar hasta el HSBC y nos restó tiempo de diversión.
Deberían ser más conscientes de la necesidad de los usuarios que visitan una zona turística confiando en que como banco, habrá efectivo en sus cajeros.
He did not let me withdraw cash. I do not understand how in such a busy commercial area and during the holidays they have these failures. We had to walk to HSBC and it took away from our fun time.
They should be more aware of the need of users visiting a tourist area trusting that as a bank, there will be cash in their ATMs.
