 Super bad service, the executives are talking to each other and the waiting people, they have no idea about customer service and when they finally serve you they cannot solve the needs.

Terrible service in the aspect that they do not have, personnel in boxes. Up to more than 1 hour of waiting to go to boxes. Only one cashier attends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron bien al momento de preguntar , el servicio es bueno aunque en al entrar no hay nadie que te reciba ni te oriente, se la pasan platicando los trabajadores.
They treated me well when I asked, the service is good although when you enter there is no one to receive you or guide you, the workers spend their time talking.

Easy transaction with a few words translated with Google translate. Only problem is, it's ridiculously far from the downtown core of Playa. I had a bike and took a road trip to Walmart north
