★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta esta sucursal, ya que para realizar pagos es mucha más rápida y eficiente la atención, aquí siempre voy a pagar mi servicio de Internet y en menos de 10 minutos el trámite queda listo, además puedes realizar retiros y depósitos. También cuenta con pagos de otros servicios desde comunicación hasta boletos de autobus, prefiero venir aquí en lugar de la sucursal de Tizimin que además de que siempre está llenisima el servicio suele ser lento.

El día que aperture mi cuenta deposite 10 mil pesos, y el tipo que esta en ventanilla solo me deposito 2 mil pesos, tuve que enseñarle al gerente que solo me puso 2 mil de los 10 mil que le pedí, y para acabar no me dio ticket de el deposito, el chavo de ventanilla super juraba que si me deposito los 10 mil, y cuando le exiji que me diera el ticket para comprobar, dijo que lo había tirado.
Si no es porque la chica que me apertura la cuenta vio que estaba contando los 10 mil pesos igual y no me hubiera ayudado, pues se nota que todos los presentes están coludidos.
Posterior a eso cuando realizaba más depósitos la señora de ventanilla metió algunos billetes bajo el teclado y me dijo que faltaba dinero, tuve que decirle que levantara el teclado porque vi cuando metió los billetes abajo del teclado.
No es la primera vez que me pasa, tengo familiares que también han pasado por lo mismo.
Es pésimo servicio, tienen varias formas de estafar a la gente, te roban tu dinero, se quedan con tu dinero, te dan mal el dinero, es lamentable que esto suceda.
Y peor aun, mucha gente no dice nada y estos malditos rateros aquí siguen trabajando.

It is not the first time it has happened to me, I have relatives who have also gone through the same thing.
It is terrible service, they have various ways of scamming people, they steal your money, they take your money, they give you the wrong money, it is unfortunate that this happens.
And even worse, a lot of people don't say anything and these damn pickpockets here keep working.
