★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, solo 2 cajas y a veces solo una funcionando, el lugar siempre está sucio y huele mal. Hay que hacer fila hasta 2 horas para cobrar un envío y a veces se les cae el sistema y tienes que volver otro día. Aclaro que los empleados son muy atentos en general, el mal servicio es por la falta de capacidad de la sucursal para atender la demanda de clientes y usuarios, sobretodo por los envíos de remesas.
 Bad service, only 2 boxes and sometimes only one working, the place is always dirty and smells bad. You have to wait up to 2 hours to collect a shipment and sometimes you drop the system and you have to return another day. Clarify that employees are very attentive in general, the poor service is due to the lack of capacity of the branch to meet the demand of customers and users, especially for remittance shipments.
