★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la fila toda la vida es larguísima y sólo sirve una caja los ejecutivos platicando y les vale la filotota cero estrellas el cajero no sirve nunca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esta mal la nota que dice que el tiempo de permanencia es de 15 minutos te la pasas formado 30 minutos si buen te va y todo para que llegues y te digan que no tienen servicio de retiro de Tu dinero asi que por favor acudan a otra sucursal o guarden su dinero en otro banco y por favor apoyen hablen al telefono y levanten una queja no se dejen

The cashier rarely works. No one guides you in which row to do. The door staff is rude and also they don't give you gel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en ocasiones no función el cajero automático y se hace una fila muy larga para ventanilla y para variar casi siempre sol hay una ventanilla abierta en quincena se pone muy feo recomiendo en esos días acudir temprano ya que está más tranquilo,se siguen medidas de sanidad correctas.
Sometimes the ATM does not work and there is a very long line for a window and for a change there is almost always only one window open fortnightly it gets very ugly on those days I recommend going early as it is calmer, correct health measures are followed .
