★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, siempre estan de malas las cajeras, son muy déspotas, te atienden cuando ellas quieren, aunque no estén haciendo nada, y si te pasas a la caja te dicen: espere en la fila hasta que yo lo llame, ni siquiera porfavor o con buen tono, parece que uno va a pedir limosna. Las dos cajeras son iguales, hasta parece que así las pide el banco, es un perfil obligatorio. A otra le pedí depositar y le empecé a dar el número de cta y me contestó enojada que me esperara porque aún no aparecía nada en la pantalla (como si yo la estuviera viendo y supiera lo que le aparece) a parte, me trató como si yo le estuviera pidiendo limosna o que me regalara dinero, a veces pienso que el dueño del banco se las está comiendo, porque nadie hace nada ni les dice nada y ellas son muy prepotentes, groseras, como si fueran mis dueñas y yo tuviera que arrodillarme ante ellas, al fin que saben que nadie les va a decir nada. Pero ¿que se puede esperar de Banco Azteca? Contrata a pura gata sin estudios y les da la oportunidad de trabajar en un banco, de cajeras y contratan a pura gente incompetente, con que le trabajen 12 horas al día por un sueldo mísero ya están contratadas, no importa la educación...realmente es el peor banco de México que existe, en todas sus sucusrsales es lo mismo.

But what can you expect from Banco Azteca? He hires a pure cat without studies and gives them the opportunity to work in a bank, as cashiers and they hire pure incompetent people, with whom they work 12 hours a day for a measly salary they are already hired, no matter their education ... really It is the worst bank in Mexico that exists, in all its branches it is the same.
