★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, tuve la mala experiencia de acompañar a un familiar a resolver un problema con banco azteca, te traen de un lado para otro, no te pueden recibir el dinero en cualquier sucursal, forzosamente tienen que ir a donde tramitaron su crédito, la información que te dan en una sucursal no es válida bi respaldada en las demás el personal, ni siquiera esta bien capacitado, nos dijeron que acudieramos a las oficinas de crédito y cobranza y que hay nos resolverian y hay mismo podriamos hacer el pago, lo cual no es verdad, estaba cerrado y hay un letrero hay que dice que hay no reciben dinero, nos toco regresar a la sucursal y la persona que nos atendió, ya no quiso hacer frente mejor le dijo a alguien mas que nos atendiera. En fin gente bonita NO SE ENDEUDEN AQUÍ NUNCA LES BAJA LA DEUDA, mi familiar aprendio cara la leccion pago mas del doble del préstamo en puro interés y nunca bajo su deuda, busquen otras opciones.

Anyway, pretty people, DO NOT GET IN DEBT HERE THEY NEVER LOWER THE DEBT, my relative learned the lesson expensively, I pay more than double the loan in pure interest and never under their debt, look for other options.
