★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente hubo un gran problema mi papá de 87 años activo su tarjeta el día 25 de noviembre 2021, un cajero que se encontraba en la ventanilla 5 amablemente le ayudo hacerlo pidiéndole su número de NIP e identificación por estar en el banco se confío el 3 de diciembre de aparece un retiro por el total q tenía en su cuenta la única persona q tubo esta información fue el cajero amable a quien no puede identificar. Estamos en proceso de la queja esperamos que el banco reconozca la habilidad de sus trabajadores para hacer fraudes como este tengan cuidado no dejen a sus adultos mayores solos
