En los 3 escritorios sólo una persona atiende las otras 2 están mandando mensajitos. Hoy, se supone abren a las 8 am, hay tres cajas y sólo una cajera dando el servicio, la gerente y otra cajera haciendo cuentas, su corte, no se y una fila de más de diez personas esperando ser atendidas. Además la señora de la limpieza haciendo limpiando las ventanas¡¡ Por favor eso de hace antes de las 8 am. Querría pagar mi servicio de Izzi y como no quise aperturar una cuenta de BAZ, la gerente le dijo a la cajera que me dijera que no había servicio de iZZI y no puede pagar nada. Siempre es lo mismo con la gerente, grosera, prepotente. Hay ocasiones que la fila para las cajas sale de la sucursal, la gente formada en la calle y ella ni se inmuta. De verdad hagan algo, cobran muchos intereses en sus prestamos para dar un servicio tan pésimo.
