★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sus cajeros automaticos no funcionan , es imperdonable que con la contingencia los cajero no funcionen , este problema te obliga a ir a la sucursal donde las filas son demasiado largas y por lo tanto el riesgo de contagio es muy alto por la concentracion de personas .
their ATMs do not work, it is unforgivable that with the contingency the ATMs do not work, this problem forces you to go to the branch where the lines are too long and therefore the risk of contagion is very high due to the concentration of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en esa socursal me extraviaron mi identificacion del ine y ahora no puedo hacer otros tramites que tenia planeados hacer asta la fecha no me an dado solucion,pedi hablar con el gerente y solo me pasaron con una persona que nisiquiera se identifico unicamente me dijo que era el encargado de la tienda
In that branch they lost my ID of the ine and now I can not do other procedures that I had planned to do until the date they have not given me a solution, I asked to speak with the manager and they only gave me a person who did not even identify himself, he only told me it was the manager of the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de seudo banco, los cajero nunca tienen dinero, ninguno de los dos que existen, el personal no tiene conocimiento y tampoco le interesa cómo ayudar a los clientes, los cajeros en ventanilla son ineptos y groseros con la gente. Acudir ahí, es para hacer corajes sin que nadie te ayude a resolver.
It is a disgusting pseudo bank, ATMs never have money, neither of the two that exist, the staff has no knowledge and is not interested in how to help customers, tellers at the counter are inept and rude to people. Going there is to build courage without anyone helping you solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Mal su manejo de Crédito, Te quieren Forzar a realizar un mínimo de compra para empezar de $3,500. Luego resulta te Autorizan un Crédito Mayor para que Dispongas como deseas, pero si no realizas la compra mínima te Bloquean el Crédito. No entiendo para que tanto papeleo e investigación de otorgarte un Crédito Falso..porque finalmente no lo puedes disponer para lo que realmente lo necesitas. Tienes menos condiciones en el Crédito con otros Bancos
Your credit management is very bad, they want to force you to make a minimum purchase to start of $ 3,500. Then it turns out, they authorize you a higher credit so that you can dispose as you wish, but if you do not make the minimum purchase, they block the credit. I do not understand why so much paperwork and investigation to grant you a False Credit ... because finally you can not have it for what you really need it. You have less conditions in the Credit with other Banks
