★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 1 año intentando retirar 8 mil pesos de la sección de “sobres” y no puedo, cuando retiro no se refleja en el saldo total ni tampoco en el estado de cuenta, literal desaparece , y lo peor es que si se descuenta del saldo total ( tenia 9 mil pesos y me quede ahorita con 7,400, por estar liberando y la cuenta está en ceros) y es día que no me lo resuelven, son unos rateros!!!
 I have been trying to withdraw 8 thousand pesos from the “envelopes” section for 1 year and I cannot, when I withdraw it is not reflected in the total balance or in the account statement, it literally disappears, and the worst thing is that if it is deducted from the total balance (I had 9 thousand pesos and I was left with 7,400 right now, because I was freeing and the account is zero) and it is the day that they do not solve it for me, they are thieves!!!
