★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este segmento de bancos es popular para las personas que envían y reciben dinero de familiares fuera de la zona aunque cobran comisión muy elevada lo destacable que nunca cierran ni en pandemia lo malo es la ubicación na hay estacionamiento mucho menos acceso para silla de ruedas y las largas filas en horas pico ufff algo muy desagradable y tedioso el servicio no es tan malo en general son amables.
This segment of banks is popular for people who send and receive money from relatives outside the area, although they charge a very high commission. long lines at peak hours ufff something very unpleasant and tedious the service is not that bad in general they are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper groseros e incompetentes, a mi madre le desfalcaron la cuenta y la tipa que la atendió fue super grosera. Claro como ella no es la que perdió sus ahorros pues le valió un comino y solo la hizo sentir mal, que asco de atención la verdad si tienen ahí su dinero les recomiendo sacarlo no se arriesguen a que igual les roben todo. Este banco es una burla realmente de lo peor.
Super rude and incompetent, they embezzled my mother's account and the girl who attended her was super rude. Of course, she's not the one who lost her savings because it was worth a damn and it only made her feel bad, really disgusting if you have your money there I recommend you take it out don't risk being robbed of everything. This bank is truly a mockery of the worst.
