★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las estrellas que le doy es por la disponibilidad de horarios, porque no cobran comisiones y a través de mi app me mantengo informada de mis movimientos. Sin embargo, el personal no es profesional, no están coordinados ni preparados, no dan buena atención, se tardan muchísimo, los ejecutivos no tienen ética ni buen servicio al cliente.
Esto me ha sucedido en todos los bancos a los que he acudido, excepto el de Mariano Escobedo, que el personal fue amable y profesional y sin embargo, no tienen bien acondicionado el lugar, les falta el detector de códigos y me mandaron a otro banco.
 The stars that I give is due to the availability of schedules, because they do not charge commissions and through my app I keep myself informed of my movements. However, the staff is not professional, they are not coordinated or prepared, they do not give good attention, they take a long time, executives do not have ethics or good customer service.
This has happened to me in all the banks I have been to, except Mariano Escobedo, who the staff was friendly and professional and yet they do not have the place well conditioned, they lack the code detector and they sent me to another bank .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio, la señora de la caja si no quieres cambiarte de Afore o crédito te bloquea tu tarjeta mostrando una pantalla de que no puedes hacer ninguna transacción vaya a saber si no después te retira tu dinero pésimo en mi vida regresaré a esa sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado acudí a retirar ya que Hiba a realizar mis compras , pregunte a un ejecutivo como se podía cambiar a firma electrónica y me solicitó mi tarjeta me atendió sin problemas dándome las opciones y sorpresa realizaron compras por internet de mi cuenta días posteriores , es más que seguro que fue ahí ya que jamás he tenido problemas con banco azteca ni con la sucursal de origen tengan cuidado con sus ejecutivos

La atención varía dependiendo de la persona que te atienda, el interés que tenga en promocionarte un servicio y hasta de como se sienta ese día.
Las instalaciones lucen limpias, iluminadas y en óptimas condiciones.
No suele haber tanta gente pero como todo establecimiento cuenta con sus horarios pico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ General Manager David Santos Galvez working at Av Constitución 937, Zona Centro, 22000 Tijuana, B.C.is so unprofessional. I hope someone can train him to treat his customers with more respect. Someone also needs to train him on how to process beneficiary claims after a client passes away. He has not been able to help myself and family out. He has taken him over 2 months. This is so unprofessional.
