★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esa sucursal un ejecutivo Pérez Anthony, le cambio su nip a mi suegro adulto mayor y de ahí saquearon su cuenta, robo de identidad y clonación de su tarjeta, dejando en ceros su cuenta, nunca quiso cancelar la cuenta, ni siquiera el estado de CTA le quería dar, ya se hizo denuncia y el banco nunca quiso responder su error, se tuvo que meter abogado y solo así recupero pero no al 100%, al ejecutivo solo lo cambiaron de sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco es EXTREMADAMENTE LENTO, tienen máquinas para que uno evite la fila, pero no funcionan constantemente, las cajeras no son NADA empáticas con la gente, CERO ACTITUD DE SERVICIO, mejor siganse hasta Prados Sur a la otra sucursal totalmente diferente en rapidez y trato.

Todos están en complicidad empezando por el gerente un tal Alejandro y el cajero de nombre Ricardo con No. de empleado 193280.
Les pedimos a las autoridades correspondientes tomen cartas en el asunto, ya que ellos no dan respuesta y se lavan las manos.
