★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiempo minimo de espera en una laaaarga fila es de 1 hora y media, se les cae el sistema a cada rato, o se les acaba el dinero. Solo asisto a este banco porque es el unico en nopala, pero que pena me da ver tanta gente con bebes en brazos esperando en la fila, en el sol, durante mas de dos horas
 Minimum wait time in a laaaarga row is 1 hour and a half, they drop the system every time, or they run out of money. I only attend this bank because it is the only one in nopala, but what a shame it is to see so many people with babies in their arms waiting in line, in the sun, for more than two hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tardado la atención, hacen distinción de personas entre quien tiene o no tarjeta del banco al acudir a esa sucursal, son largas filas de espera incluso espera de mas de medio día y la cereza el "supuesto gerente" es déspota con los clientes al estar organizando las largas filas de espera bajo el sol.
Hacen una fila para personas con tarjeta y otra sin ella.
Mejoren la atención a los clientes, por favor eviten el mal trato a los personas indígenas que acuden constantemente a ese sucursal
The attention is very time consuming, they make a distinction of people between who has or does not have a bank card when going to that branch, there are long waiting lines even waiting for more than half a day and the cherry the "supposed manager" is a despot with customers at be organizing the long waiting lines in the sun.
They make a line for people with a card and another without it.
Improve customer service, please avoid bad treatment of indigenous people who constantly go to that branch
