★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacer una aclaración dicen que es muy tardado pero hoy estoy muy enojada y triste porque considero qué hay personas que son muy cumplidas con los servicios que nos brinda pero ahora que nos quieran ver la cara, hoy en la Sucursal de Oaxaca de Juárez de Mitla en la calle Vicente Guerrero no nos dieron ninguna solución ante nuestro problema de pagos y cobrarnos más por no se puntuales cuando el sistema tuvo el error y su gerente ni siquiera estaba en su sucursal para aclarar la situación mi pregunta es quien se hará responsable si el sistema siempre tendrá fallas tendremos que hacernos responsables nosotros mismo o que pasara?
