★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es lento. Peor para cobrar con clave porque tardas hasta mediodia. Tiene meses que les falta personal en las ventanillas. A veces no se hablan los cajeros y no atienden a una cola. Quien de veras viene al banco regularmente sabe lo lento y tedioso que resulta.
The service is slow. Worse to charge with key because it takes until noon. They have been missing staff at the windows for months. Sometimes the cashiers do not speak to each other and do not attend to a queue. Who really comes to the bank regularly knows how slow and tedious it is.
