El cajero nunca me dió el dinero y me lo descontaron de mi cuenta, hasta el sol de hoy no me han regresado el dinero y eso fué hace 1 año aproximadamente.

Servicio malo ? Tienen 3 ventanillas y solo en función 2, y una es solo para “express”, como que su gerencia no tiene sentido común y abren la otra para que pueda proveer mejor servicio y no tenga los clientes esperando. Si piensas mandar dinero de los USA ahí, no te lo recomiendo hacen demasiadas preguntas personales a la persona que recibe; eso no es seguro en mi opinión sobretodo cuando tienes personas a tu alrededor nada de privacidad; además que estamos en un mundo donde se debe desconfiar hasta de los empleados. Mi opinión tienen tu ID con foto estás presente es sucifiente. Además tienen anuncios de “prohibido el uso del celular” y los empleados están usando el de ellos, creo que ellos son los que tienen que implementar el ejemplo, no se ven nada profesional. ? No necesito llamar para que me ayuden; si en el futuro vuelvo usar sus servicios y veo mejoría, cambiaré mi review, y quiero aclarar que no fui 1 o 2 veces, y la verdad la misma impresión de su servicio. Tómenlo como crítica constructiva y vamos mejorando para brindar mejor servicio a los clientes.
