★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank teller discriminated against me for living abroad. I am a Mexican citizen with official ID of a Mexican living abroad but this lady did not take my ID saying they didn't accept it. She did not offer alternatives. I had to travel to another branch were they kindly accepted both my consular card and passport. This lady should be ashamed of herself. She also lied that her system was "down", if it really was She wouldn't have been able to take care of the next people in line. A liar should not be a bank teller. Next time she just doesn't want to help she can just be honest as to the real reason she feels above anyone else.
I will go back and get her name on this review and will also call Banco Azteca's customer complaint service too.
